The Idl candidate should:
Hold a MBA /Economics Degree with 3+ yrs of relevant experience in Market Resrch
Job Description:
Understand business needs and challenges faced by the company and respond by designing resrch to help tackle the problem
Has worked on Resrch Models like NPS, BHT, Customer satisfaction etc.
Support internal based data with resrch based data for a complete 360 degree view
Constantly working with resrch acies to track performance and achieve results
Need to play an important role in designing and executing resrch � questionnaire design, resrch methodology, cost-benefit impliion of studies, etc.
Need to build synergies with other departments by aiding in strategy formulation
Need to have proactive approach as a tm player
Would be required to work with brand tm, pricing tm, media tm, sales tm, etc.
